All items are expected to be picked up at he designated NJ location at the time of purchase within seven (7) business days of the purchase. If the equipment is not picked up within this timeframe additional storage charge may be enforced. In the event an item cannot be picked up, you may contact us at (609) 396-1513 to schedule a delivery. We will attempt to accommodate your request. Fees may apply.
We extend delivery on the following items: hospital beds, Hoyer lifts, power equipment, lift chairs and some exercise equipment. All hospital beds that are delivered will have an additional charge of $75.00 as a setup fee. The following costs apply to all deliveries, with NO exceptions:
$50.00 fee - 0 to 10 miles trip from our office as determined by MapQuest or a similar mapping program.
$100.00 fee - 10 miles to 25 miles from our office as determined by MapQuest or a similar mapping program.
Any destination above 25 miles from our office has a $100.00 fee plus $2.00 per mile for all miles above 25 miles from our office as determined by MapQuest or a similar mapping program.
Delivery fee must be paid in full at the time of sale and before the scheduled delivery date.
This delivery fee is NOT part of the sale price and is not refundable unless the delivery is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.
Any item returned for any reason that was initially delivered, will incur an additional charge if the item is requested to be picked up.
