RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

    1. Goodwill Home Medical has the ability to facilitate a sale through:
      1. Ewing, NJ Showroom
      2. On-line Inventory
      3. Telephone
    2. Every product sold is in good useable condition.
    3. Each item we sell is inspected thoroughly, repaired or refurbished as needed;safetychecked and sanitized by our trained technician's following the Standard of Excellence established through our accreditation body, CHAP, Inc. (Community Health Accreditation Partners). These Standards of Excellence are designed to help Goodwill deliver the best care and services possible to you the customer.
      • The Standards of Excellence are built on four underlying principles:
        1. The organization's structure and function consistently supports its consumer-oriented mission.
        2. The organization consistently provides high-quality services and products.
        3. The organization has adequate human, financial and physical resources to accomplish its stated mission and purpose.
        4. The organization is positioned for long-term viability.
    4. Returns - The following product categories carries a 7-day no hassle return policy. (Categories include mobility, bath and shower and hospital beds). Items returned in the condition they were purchased are eligible for store credit.
    5. Items on "HOLD" All of our equipment pieces are unique, individual items and are available for sale. We can ONLY hold or remove from our available inventory any item that has a purchase price of $200 or more for a limited time. A 50% credit card only deposit will hold your item for three (3) business days from the date of the deposit. If the remainder of the payment up to the purchase price is not received within 3 business days after the deposit, your deposit will be forfeited.
    6. Warranty Policy
      1. Each item we sell carries a full 30 day warranty against mechanical defect or breakdown. If within the first 30 days of ownership, your purchase fails to work properly; it may be brought back or shipped back (at your expense) to the store for repair, or store credit. This warranty DOES NOT cover normal wear and tear or damage due to abuse, accident or misuse on behalf of the customer.
      2. All NEW batteries that are placed in the scooters or power chairs come with a thirteen (13) month manufacturer's warranty.
